The value can also be affected by how much work and upkeep you have put into the house. The more upkeep you have put into the house will show in the total finishes of the house.

· Neighborhood Environment- This is definitely a determining factor when getting an appraisal done for your home. If you live in a very well kept up area, then you might get more for your house. If the people that live in your neighborhood don't take care of their properties like you do, then this will depreciate the value of your property.
